We want you to be 100% happy with your e-bike, e-scooter, or e-skateboard. If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, you’ll find everything you need to know in our Returns & Refunds policy below.

Lirol Retail Returns Policy

You can return any micro-mobility e-bike, e-scooter, or e-skateboard to us within 30-days of receiving your product. Please email us on: before returning any item and include your name, order number, and the reason for your return in your email.

Important: All goods returned must be ‘as new’ and in their original packaging. We will only accept e-scooters, e-skateboards, and e-bikes with less than 1km mileage. You must include a copy of your name and order number with your return.

You can return goods to us using our tracked courier service (recommended) or by post. There is a £30 fee to return your micromobility device by tracked courier, please:

  • Contact us for your returns label by emailing
  • Attach the label to the original box and seal it securely
  • Drop the boxed item at your local post office for a courier collection
  • Retain your receipt as proof of postage

If you choose to return by post, please note that you are fully responsible for all postage fees, any damage caused during transit, and the safe arrival of the goods. We, therefore, recommend you use a recorded postal service. Our returns address is:

How To Return Faulty Items Within 30-Days
In the unlikely event that your e-bike, e-skateboard or e-scooter arrives faulty or damaged, you can return it to us within 30-days of receipt for replacement or a refund. Please email us on: and provide us with your name, order number, and details of the fault, including images or a short video if possible.

Upon receipt of your email, a member of our technical team will call you to carry out a phone-based assessment. If we are unable to assist vocally, we will send you a pre-paid returns label. Please note that you must return all components with your electric bike, electric skateboard, or electric scooter.

Our technical team will inspect your goods and either replace or refund, as necessary. If we cannot find any fault or damage, we will return the item to you. Re-delivery fees may apply.

How To Return Faulty Items After 30-Days
All Lirol Retail micromobility scooters and electric bikes come with a manufacturer’s warranty as standard. This warranty covers faults that occur through ‘normal use’ only and does not apply to consumable parts such as cables, wheels, brake shoes, and bottom brackets. See your warranty for a full breakdown of inclusions and exclusions.

If through normal use, your product develops a fault after the 30-day returns period, you may be covered under your warranty. Please email us on: and provide us with your name, order number, and details of the fault, including images or a short video demonstrating the problem. You must show proof of purchase for any potential warranty claim.

Please note that your warranty does not cover any faults caused due to misuse, neglect, or external damage, and we cannot assist with any such claims. We, therefore, recommend that you read your warranty carefully before using your micromobility e-vehicle.

Lirol Retail Refunds Policy

Credit & Debit Card Refunds
Once we have received your returned order and confirmed that it meets our returns criteria, we will email you to advise the refund amount less any courier fees (if applicable).

Credit and debit card refunds are processed using the original payment method and can take up to 14 days to appear on your credit card statement.

Klarna Refunds
If you paid for your micromobility electric scooter, electric skateboard or electric bike using Klarna, we'll instruct them to refund any amounts due on receipt of your returned item. Please note that Klarna refunds may take longer to process than card refunds. For more information on Klarna refund policies, please click here.

How To Cancel Your Order
You can cancel your order with Lirol Retail at any time. Please send us an email to: quoting your name, reference number, and reason for cancelling.

If you cancel before we have dispatched your order, we will cancel the delivery and issue a refund straight away. If your order has already left our warehouse, please follow our returns guidelines above.
