Signed For Deliveries
We know you’ll be in a hurry to ride your new e-scooter, e-bike, or e-skateboard, so we use fast courier delivery on all orders. Please note that you (a family member or neighbour) must sign for your delivery. Once we have shipped your goods, you’ll receive an email from the courier company with the delivery date and time. If you are not home on the scheduled delivery date, please use the delivery reschedule link in the email to set up a different day/time.
If no one is available to sign for your delivery, the courier company will leave a card with details of how to collect at your local depot or arrange redelivery. They will attempt to redeliver up to three times before returning your micro-mobility bike, scooter or skateboard to us.
Items returned due to failed delivery are added back into our inventory for resale, and we will credit your account with the total amount paid minus any courier fees. We cannot reinstate orders, and you will need to re-order your item from our website subject to stock availability.
Incorrect & Incomplete Delivery Details
Lirol Retail cannot be held responsible for any incorrect or incomplete delivery details. We will ship your e-scooter, e-skateboard or e-bike to the address listed on your purchase, so please ensure all details are entered correctly at the time of order.
If you notice an address error on your email confirmation or think you have entered incorrect details, contact our customer support team immediately so that we can try to correct it before shipping.
National & International Shipping Information
Lirol Retail ships micromobility solutions worldwide. It can take up to 3 working days to process your order. Once processed, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.
Please note that we use various courier companies for national and international shipping. Some couriers provide parcel tracking information others do not.
